About me...

Live the present moment fully and at peace with yourself and with others, slow down, take care of yourself...

Formerly a school teacher, I have been practicing yoga since 1984. Following a serious misdiagnosed sprain, I was unable to benefit from the care necessary for a complete recovery.   I explored other ways out of chronic pain and disability, I found yin yoga and the exercises ofmyofascial releaseand the work on the fascias which helped me considerably both physically and emotionally for three years.

In view of the results obtained, I decided to train myself in the practice of yin yoga with a teacher whom I find exceptional, very inspiring and also very demanding. He taught me a lot and continues to teach me. It's fascinating !

International Yoga Alliance Certified in Yin Yoga and Variable Anatomy and Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine Meridians (200 hours). beginning of the confinement, which allowed me to learn again and again, to refine my practice. I am Yoga Alliance certified also in Mindfulness Meditation. I wish  to share with you all these treasures of well-being in this millennial practice, still little known in France, and for which I am passionate.

With the same teacher, I undertook to train myself in the holistic approach to health through Traditional Chinese Medicine, the importance of energy, acupressure points and the importance of a balanced food adapted to everyone's needs, to the importance of quality sleep and that of vital energy in order to be able to provide you with even more in-depth and even more efficient help. Certified there too.

As I am passionate, I continue to learn and have started yoga for ALL! Ofhaha yoga! Certified there too.

More anatomy and well-being in a movement discipline that everyone would like to practice!

Some are afraid of not being flexible enough, others have already hurt themselves, others do not dare because of their age or their physical condition. Now you will be able to dare! This is not cheap yoga but yoga adapted to your anatomy and your possibilities! Yoga is good for everyone! It's not just for the 20-30 year old acrobats you see on social media. Yoga is much more than that...!

I am therefore a certified teacher and also a yoga therapist with a holistic approach to Chinese medicine.

I hope to see you soon, either online for group or individual lessons on demand,   or Monday afternoons in the paramedical office, 2 rue des Acacias 77210 Avon, either at my house or home fortherapeutic workshops based on yin yoga, myofascial release, acupressure points, fascia work, food, breathing, medicinal plants and sleep and recovery which are the pillars on which Chinese Medicine is based;   in a private session where I will teach you the poses adapted to your anatomy and the exercises that will allow you to get rid of your chronic pain in your joints preventing you from moving like before! No more pain that osteoarthritis inflicts on you, the consequences of painful and interminable accidents, of various inflammatory diseases! Less stress, more mobility! It is a real rejuvenation, a transformation of your body and your whole being!

I travel within a radius of 25 km around Fontainebleau and Nemours.

I invite you to come and live together in the present moment, to learn to slow down, to take care of yourself. The path to simplicity is often the hardest to find....

I also invite you through the practice ofyin-yogain a group to come and discover the rejuvenation of your joints and a good circulation of vital energy in your meridians in order to boost your health... the best tool for prevention and the way to well-being... All this through gentle sessions.

THErestorative yogaas its name suggests will restore your energy,  it will de-stress you and allow you to recover when you are exhausted and that's already good because good sleep helps the body regenerate!

As toyoga nidra, it allows you to recover energy too because in 20 to 40 minutes you recover between 1 and 3 hours of deep sleep during an inner journey !

See you soon !
