Balance in transition

Balance between light and shadow,

summer and winter,

balance in the midst of changes 

balance between body and mind...

In Chinese medicine, in the theory of the 5 elements, autumn, the Metal element, is a moment of discernment when we will ask ourselves what are the fruits of our "harvest" that we will gather to take with you. us during the long rest of winter in our inner house.

What are we going to need to support us, help us during this time? What do we have to get rid of that takes up space and that no longer has a purpose for us...?

Our lungs help us spread throughout our body and mind the pure energy that comes from the heavens.  They give us the inspiration and the vital energy to start this season which is about letting go.

In autumn the space is created by the trees dropping their leaves and when the fields are at rest. 

This space gives us a great ease to be able to breathe the richness that everyone, the universe has to offer us...

For us, this will translate into daily 30-minute sessions consisting of 20 minutes of Yin yoga and ten minutes of mindfulness meditation.

Take 30 minutes for yourself, every day, to be well in your body, release physical and emotional tensions, sleep well and breathe well...Great program!

 

I would like to teach you how to start a small diary where you can write down your remarks on the day or on the session or on an event of the day... or a line of poetry that warms your heart... or a simple word. ..

 

I would also like us to have a free discussion session in the week to be defined with you to exchange your feelings and poems about autumn that inspire you, to read, to share, recipes...!

For those who want two or three longer sessions, it's also possible, all at 5 euros per 30-minute session. 10 euros for an hour.

From the All Saints holidays, these sessions will continue and for those who wish, an online retreat can take place between hatha yoga, meditation, yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra and you can go wherever you are to enjoy Nature. to practice your favorite activity!
